Our metal bands are prepared and created entirely in-house, following the tradition of family-run jewellery and watch companies that develop their own proprietary materials to achieve specific performance and aesthetics. Drawing on many years of professional jewellery-making experience, we developed our own alloy, which we call GSP Argentum. This is a high-silver composition containing approximately 80% silver blended with other metals, engineered to be more rigid and durable than standard sterling silver. This increased hardness allows deeper, more expressive texture while improving long-term resistance to wear. The alloy also develops a naturally darker tone, which aligns with the sculptural, understated aesthetic chosen for my work. The result is a material designed specifically for pipe making—where durability, tactile quality, and visual character matter as much as tradition.

Brass bands are also part of the material for pipe making.
