DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We are grateful to receive your order :)
We would like to inform that items delivered to countries outside of the EU might be subject to custom charges, taxes and other fees that are imposed by your local legislation. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges. We are not financially liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or customs. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by the courier or if customs needs to reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
Prices on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods received are falty, wrong quantity or have any damages please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If you wish to return or exchange your goods, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please use protective packaging to protect the item and return using a signed for delivery service.
£5 return fee for exchanges, will be deducted from your return credit. Delivery costs and postage will only be refunded in case of a faulty item. The item must be returned in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for any damages or loss in case of damages we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Please note that the following items can not be returned: Earings and bespoke pieces, unless agreed to be a faulty product.
If we do not receive the returned goods within seven working days of the date you notified us you wish to return your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Italissence is not responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail, fedex, DHL etc. The buyer must comply with all regulations and legislation to buy our goods,
The buyer must obtain the necessary customs, import or and other permits to purchase goods from our site. The buyer must verify if there is any prohibition by certain national laws before making a purchase. We hold no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. There is nothing in these terms and conditions or policy which is intended to limit any of your rights. You might have as a final or company consumer under applicable local or regional law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
